CRM Task app for iPhone and iPad

CRMTask launches phone calls linked to Highrise tasks from your iPhone, and allows you to automatically associate a note to your contact at the end of the call.

Another handy feature: CRMTask lets you view all the notes and emails exchanged with your contact before calling.

You can also filter your task list by responsible, category, timeframe. And of course you can create new tasks.

The process:
Lets assume that you have in your Highrise CRM dozens of tasks to call people, either in connection with a Highrise contact, or with a deal.
Launch CRMTask and you will be able to view all your tasks, with all the context easily accessible, such as e-mail exchanges, notes, etc.
Click on the phone number... and your iPhone launches the call.
You get through... or not!
When you hang up, a note is ready to be filled in, already timestamped. You can type the minutes of your call, or record it thanks to the excellent microphone of the iPhone (much better than a helmet on your PC!).
Change the status of your task, or finalize it, or clone it.
And presto, proceed to the next call!

CRMTask is perfect if you travel frequently, and have not necessarily your PC ready at hand, but want to use this time to make calls. And thats it!

It requires of course that you log on to Highrise, and have DATA and mobile connections.
